Texas – Swift Distillery’s Single Malt Sauternes Finish begins with two-row barley grown and malted in Scotland then double distilled in copper pot stills. Aged first in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels for 1.5 years, then in hand-selected Sauternes casks from Bordeaux, France for 1 year.
