Finish: Very well well-balanced Distillery Information After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Waterloo, Drew Mayville joined the Seagram’s Distillery as an apprentice. During his 22-year career at Seagrams, however, Mayville wore a number of different hats, including Director of Quality, Director of Bottling and finally, Master Blender (Mayville was only the fourth Master Blender to serve under the Seagram Dynasty). After the Seagram’s Distillery finally closed its doors, Mayville joined Buffalo Trace, where he retained the title of Master Blender.
